THURSDAY 3 - 5pm
PROMOTING BETTER MENTAL HEALTH IN OUR COMMUNITY
The team from Springfield Mind will be providing wellbeing tips, support and signposting along with the latest developments in all things Mind.
Our weekly programmes will combine question and answer sessions, guest speakers, tips and techniques to improve mental resilience along with dedication shows giving us music for our minds.
With one in four of us having poor mental health, there will be a lot to talk about and the show is an opportunity to break down the barriers and stigma that comes with mental illness.
Our principle hosts will be Chris and Paul who are positive ambassadors for the work that the team at Springfield Mind do week in week out locally to support users of our services.
All of us deserve better mental health and often very simple changes to our routines can make meaningful improvements to our mental health. We hope you will join us on this new and exciting journey as we start to fill the airways with understanding and learning about our Minds.
Springfield Mind is a successful charity founded 35 years ago to promote wellbeing within the community. Our mission is to deliver local services which promote mental wellbeing.
